PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

The evolving narrative of each Henne wearer inspires every collection, ensuring every garment has a lasting essence of warmth, inspiration, and confidence.The Production Assistant will support the Production Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the retail production cycle. This will involve providing administrative support, managing schedules, liaising with factories, and assisting with product creation and approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Scheduling:
- Assist the Production Manager in managing and coordinating the production process from start to finish, as well as maintaining the critical path to meet project deadlines.
- Update and maintain the production schedule, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Attend weekly stock meetings and update the production schedule based on discussions.
- Send out Weekly Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports to factories and update the production schedule accordingly.
- Update the production schedule with relevant freight information to ensure smooth logistics.
- Liaise with factories regularly to ensure production timelines and requirements are met.

Update the production schedule with fit statuses after each fitting session, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- Create and manage product barcodes and approvals for factories, ensuring all required steps are completed.
- Set up new product styles in the Cin7 inventory management system.
- Create and send purchase orders to factories, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Oversee the approval process, sending necessary approvals to factories and updating Asana with approval statuses.
- Assist the Production Manager in updating Mural boards for each critical meeting to reflect production status and progress.
- Maintain and update Mural with production updates, highlighting key milestones and changes.
- Document fabrics in the fabric tracker from fabric mills and ensure all relevant details are recorded.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required by the Production Manager to support daily operations.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of fashion and trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Flexible and adaptable to last-minute changes in production schedules or requirements.
- A passion for fashion and the production process.

ALLOCATION & STOCK ANALYST

Role Overview:
The Allocation and Stock Analyst is responsible for ensuring inventory is efficiently allocated across retail locations, in line with sales forecasts, trends, and store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Management & Control:
- Analyse stock data to identify slow-moving, excess, or out-of-stock products.
- Provide insights on inventory performance and support stock replenishment strategies to maintain balanced stock levels.
- Track and report stock movement, ensuring that stock levels align with sales forecasts and replenish based on sales trends.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy in inventory records and reduce discrepancies.
- Communicate with store managers regarding stock availability, allocation changes, and potential stockouts.
- Address any stock discrepancies or issues promptly and effectively.

Assist the Merchandise Planner in developing process improvement initiatives related to stock allocation, inventory control, and data analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
Forecasting & Data Analysis
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal reports on stock levels, allocations, and sales performance.
- Assist the Merchandise Planner in forecasting sales and inventory needs based on historical data, seasonal trends, and marketing activities.
- Utilise advanced analytical tools (e.g., Excel, inventory management software) to track and analyse sales and stock data, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in size break analysis to ensure the right size distribution is allocated to stores based on sales trends and customer preferences.
- Stay informed about best practices in inventory and allocation management and suggest ways to improve current processes and systems.
Inventory Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inventory management and stock movement.
- Provide regular updates to the Merchandise Planner on stock performance, allocations, and any issues impacting inventory levels or sales.
- Allocate inventory to retail locations based on sales forecasts, store performance, seasonal trends, and product demand.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Retail, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in retail operations, inventory management, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
- Knowledge of inventory management processes, stock allocation strategies, and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams and departments.
- Ability to work independently, make data-driven decisions, and solve complex stock management challenges.
